Associate hours are capped at 50 per week. Leadership may have times where extended hours are required, but we work hard to maintain a 50-hour cap.

Formal education. Education fine tunes our skills and talents. We highly value applicants who have a degree in a related field or are starting a bachelor’s program in the next six months. For a lead or management position, a master’s degree is preferred.
